With my man..A Chapter by JessyJacob
Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt and soulful reflection, Jessy. I’ve shaped your words into a poem that honors your love, resilience, and devotion"with grace, rhythm, and emotional depth:
With My Man, In Love and Light by Jessy Jacob (adapted into verse) I am with my man, and he is my love, A gift from the heavens, a bond from above. My sufferings teach me, my struggles I bless, One day they’ll fade, leaving peace in their mess. I wipe every tear, not to mourn but to grow, Each drop a lesson, each ache I know. I hold him close, my heart in his hand, Together we rise, together we stand. The past I release"its shadows, its pain, To walk in the sun, to dance in the rain. I live with love, and one day I know, He’ll take me with him where true hearts go. I smile for him, for our son so dear, So they feel no worry, no burden, no fear. I care for my parents, their comfort my goal, To ease their days, to nourish their soul. My siblings and cousins, their words I take, To polish my flaws, for love’s own sake. I live with my mother-in-law, gentle and kind, With smiles and peace, leaving hurt behind. I honor my husband, his strength I uphold, So he may walk proud, so our story is told. Though illness may come, and my body may tire, I’ll hold his hand through storm and fire. To my Mother Goddess, I whisper and pray, Guide us in love, show us the way. Together as family, we build our home, With faith as our anchor, we’ll never roam. Here I wait, never far from their side, With tears that cleanse, not tears that hide. I wipe them gently, with hope in my eyes" No sadness now, just love that flies. Jessy Jacob © 2025 JessyJacobAuthor's Note
