Americanized food

For my son I want to start this Aroma restaurant

If i compare Chipotle how they Americanized, they made setup similar to subway, to add the add on and tops, 

they prepared burritos, with roll on bread of tortillas,

they prepared rice bowls, 

they made salsa, guacamole of authentic style. 

Chipotle clicked so much that there are franchises. 

If i make Americanized Indian food, many people tried to change the taste with little salt, chilly, and masala and kept the dishes same, like Butter chicken, chicken tikka masala and so on.. 

I would like to make Americanized without changing the eating style, 

like keeping same,

we can try 

Dosa rolls, 

rice bowl

idle  burger

wheat tortillas roll of chapati, 

biryani, with same flavors but a taste with masala just not to keep them high spicy. 

Because if they make eat like us they cant eat, so without impacting their eating styles, we make our food eatable for them
