**The Wait That Is Love**

I have seen none other than God
who showers love on every being,
and I am one among them,
held gently in that grace.

Now I understand
how deeply Radha missed Krishna�"
the ache of waiting,
the cry without sight,
the faith that waits
until the beloved returns.

As we age,
our bond grows closer,
love walking beside us
through time and tenderness.
We carry responsibilities, work, and duty,
yet still we hold a personal life�"
the love that helps us keep moving forward.

Now I know why Radha
held a special place in Krishna’s heart.
She was never a barrier,
only support�"
standing with his choices
through prison, kingdom,
and the great war of Kurukshetra.

I see him in my eyes�"
his shadow,
his reflection living in me.
My heart beats for him,
for his smile to remain,
for nothing to hurt him,
for him to finish the work he was given.

My eyes never grow tired,
my heart �'� never stops beating.
I wait for him,
so we may return to our 🏡 home.

For now, we are here
only to complete the task
for which we were born.

Do you see now? How emotional regulation, when left unregulated... what does it do Jessy? Why is emotional regulation such an important tool we must all keep within our tool box?

Why then every living being is with emotions, emotional being without emotions is a non living thing. You can't cry when you want to you can't laugh when you want to you can't be talking when you want to.

An emotion if you regulate it means you are manipulating and few others remain silent as if to ignore or forgive.
When you can't speak truth what is the use of your honesty. You live for money enjoy but I am not that.

Actually, a lot of people can cry when they want to or laugh when they want to or seem angry or happy or neutral when they want to. People do it all the time, it's generally how we manipulate each other as humans, by feigning emotional states. It's important to understand that, if not, you're probably already being emotionally manipulated by someone in your life.

I have compromised my emotions with life I am facing. I miss my life which I thought I would lead, now I am in the deep ocean taking source of young fish whom I shared my burden and still people say i am going to be screwed and few think I am done for life and he says so much in one word I got lesson and drink the past without worrying as it is past and we need to forget. I am not sure deep through ocean with my love i made my son good and people know what I lost but still say Jessy you can do it and we need you go further, but yet sometimes I feel i am on dry sand no where a drop of life in me.

You only need to worry about yourself at this point. Focus on rebuilding yourself, that is your path forward. The past is your anchor, use the present to unmoor yourself, think of the future as a place to relax in. The pain you hold onto, it weighs you down.
