Indulgences.

Smoking half a cigarette (or a whole one) because you know it's bad for you (or because you like the taste). 

Feeling the Earth under your bare feet, sometimes cold and wet, or hot and humid.

A nap in the middle of they day, without setting an alarm. 

The sun caressing your skin as it peeks through the leaves of the shady trees.

Smiling at a stranger because their joy is so obviously displayed, just sharing in that moment.

Loving without infatuation. Knowing you're human, with as many flaws as me, and accepting those.
