All the Long HairA Poem by StoriesGuy14reminiscing
She has two versions:
the one that "could have been" and the one who actually is-- those eyes have seen one this imagination envisioned the other Most see her photogenic smile, a radiant face a physique natural models are made of-- without question. Most; not all. Reality sees her differently. Reality saw "that guy"-- played his part-- gave her the life she neither wanted nor, initially, for all we know, planned. I saw her in cotton running pants, that one time; the matching black tank top clinging to her trimness Arms the right length Legs the noted size Bust enough to make anyone wonder Hair that entranced Eyes and lips that sucked you in Girly chords that made a pleasant face, gorgeous, in fact, more so. It was an honor to be there. A simple "hello" a while down the road Provided more inspiration. the call Wish for two samaritans to do the deed using that wicked sweet formula Arrived some moments later-- she was Indian style in her world of comfort. Clingy, blue top covered her partially contaminated epidermis-- still a marvel to behold. Still. Her image entered my mind that afternoon; a most joyful return. Indeed. Indeed. All because outside helpers kicked in. Thankfully, but unfortunately. They played their part.
