What Do You Mean To Me?

What do you mean to me?
Always in my dreams,
Constantly on my mind,
Everywhere I go,
I see your sad brown eyes looking back at me
Obsession.

What do you mean to me?
Feelings so strange yet familiar
A face so beautiful yet so sad.
A disturbing question,
Why can I feel your pain?
The unexplainable desire,
To give you everything.
Mystery

What do you mean to me?
Shining star the angels sent to me.
Lifting me from misery
Shining light for me to see,
Miracles happens if you believe
Happiness awaits beyond the pain,
Sunshine appears after the rain.
Hope.

What do you mean to me?
Fulfillment of destiny,
A long lost affinity,
A sacrifice beyond infinity
Justification of my misery.
A feeling so empowering.
Love

What do you mean to me?
Unbearable sleepless nights,
Pain beyond measure
Numbness beyond feeling
Sorrow beyond tears
Loss of my only faith.
Regret of a lifetime.
Misery.

So what do you really mean to me?
Perhaps just a page in my history,
A story hidden in my memory.
But I'll Never forget,
Once before in my lifetime,
You simply meant,

Everything...

That’s why I let you go

A letter you’ve painfully written,
Telling me that my dear cannot return.
Now for you I write this song,
Concluding our sorrow so long.
One year we’ve faithfully waited,
But perhaps we’re just not fated.
Love let us be together,
That sweet November day.
But sad memories I remember,
How Terry couldn’t get Jasmine to stay.
This cruel fate I blame,
Misery, Torment , Pain,
Everytime I hear your name.
But this journey short and painful,
Yet this life so beautiful,
Its true, So wonderful.
No regrets, whatever I do,
In this life to be loved by you.
So baby don’t cry anymore,
Over the pain, sorrow, misery,
Together we wrote the greatest love story.

You are like a long lost affinity,
So familiar like the air around me.
Thank you, for showing me a feeling,
That others can only spend their lifetimes dreaming.
You might think you only brought me misery,
But to me,
You’re a shining light,
In my darkest night.
The brightest star,
In the lonely sky.
Wherever you may go,
I will always love you so.
But how can I let you know?
That’s why I let you go.
And no matter where I go,
Whatever I do,
