Clarity

A poem about gaining clarity in self-awareness

How I longed for understanding, doubts would creep up often 

Hoping that the blows of uncertainty would soften

Dysfunction is what I saw from my view

 "The Truth" just seemed to not add up to me,

Would the knowledge of the order of my world get me through?

I turned to Wisdom to fill up my empty cup, that is where Freedom was found

Context with perspective brought comprehension

Releasing a distinct vision that had been bound

Through the pursuit, a strength was created to endure the tension

So now take heart the fog has lifted!

Peace and hope is what you are gifted
