Is like blood clots in the halls

It blocks traffic 

and it's rather graffic

The only problem I have with this is the fact that you can't quite kiss "on" the wall....you either "kiss the wall", or kiss "against" the wall. "On" is kind of mixing your metaphors. But the brevity of this is enjoyable. Well done!

well in my school, Its a high school, we have a problem with kids "kissing on the walls" or making out in the hallways.. This is actually the poem on a poster I created that now all over my school

That's cool. Might point, though, is "on" and "in" paint different pictures than "against", which is what I think you're going for.....
eg....how are they getting up on the walls to "kiss" in the first place? or "in" for that matter....?
