I thought I knew the notes 

to the song, then out of the blue 

you changed it all. 

The dream I knew began 

changing into a nightmare 

I wanted out but you pulled

Me back in. 

Wandering through mazes 

hoping to find a way out. 

Not knowing where to turn, 

a little bird showed me the 

way out 

I'm now finally free out 

of the nightmare's clutches
