Dreams erupt

My feathers are taken from my tainted brain

I see what was last night

Your eyes

The night

What happened last night

Was I there

Did I cry

Did I bleed

Did I see

You came up

Like a fish outta water

Was this my life last night

Did I put up a fight

I remember a painting

It had warm beaches

And sunlit skies

So who am I

Where am I going

Do I really give a f**k?

No no no…

What I care about is you

And me

And the life we share

The stars that glare

The god, or earth

That makes you feel alive

I have a faith in night

That tomorrow

I’ll awake

Anew

Speak to my dreams

Rip em at the seams

Please
