ashes on my sheets
ashes on my pillow
smoke in the air
all we wanted
was for it to be our turn forever
handmade ashtrays
of crumpled metal and burnt plastic
beauty in the obscene
beauty is this;
insane moments of
perjury and genius
revelation
of facts long known
we walk towards death
