I pushed away the vines that grew From the thresholds of my heart
To see
Green barren hills that graced the countryside Bountiful with a surrounding forest
Smiling
Farther in the distance I made out Gardens hanging in splendor, such colours
Gleams
Of yellow and blues mixed With hues of lavenders and orange
Rivers
Ran through my soul as I stepped closer To find you in white raiment
Waiting
Softly with your songs of serenity Your pages of comfort and hope
Patiently
Sitting, surrounded by vast beauty
