The thought is…

Freeing.

It allows me escape

For a minute

From all this

Damaging

Bellowing

Hurtling fear.

 

It ping pongs

Through my mind

Invading, exploding

My dreams

Heart,

Ambition.

 

I find no peace

Without assistance

Assistance fogs my mind.

No clear thought entertains

I sit and wait for light to enter…

I sit and wait for thoughts…

Of white flags

Red ribbon blood.
