Dandelion

Dandelion

A Poem by butterfly

In the dandelion I feel haunted
It's the same old thing, old fling still wanted
I was a fool to love with you
Without you is still a true gray sky
Only the rain makes me feel alive
I feel his kiss on my lips
In tangled hair vines cling his finger tips
Why are you married to another?
Why did you have to make me love you knowing I suffer?
My heart is broken
I have no one to tell I brought it upon myself
My heart is in a rage
I had to block you to escape
In dandelion I sit far away
Longing for that sweet embrace
It was a fool's paradise
His body only speaks of lustful things
While my heart surrenders the loveliness
Now all Iam faced with the truth
The new guy is nice but I still long for you
I just need more time
I get so tired all I want to do is close my eyes
Lie peaceful in the wind like a dandelion

Like the connection you've made between time and the dandelion (reminds me of seed clocks)
