The sadness of empty words exchanged

How we miss each other but for five years everything stays the same

Maybe I was a game to play

All I can say i just couldnt fight my feelings

He was the one I loved He could have been the one if he was a being

a better man

someone who can

Truth remains in every new dude

by the words

What can be done

i just give up in the name of love

Maybe i am too fat

Maybe I am just too bad

Maybe I am too dumb to understand

I pray for the cup to be filled a different way

Even Jesus asked to trade

His destiny he couldnt change

Its out of our control

Maybe its for the good

We just have to pray God will walk with us through the pain

As the bombs fall on Ukraine

And all the other lands far away

All we can do is pray
