Kaleidoscope of Hope

A kaleidoscope of hope always helps me cope

Through the ash, heartbreak and  scars

There lies this colorful  blur

It can weave through many hims and hers

In the end more love bursts

Solitude is a way to heal the hurt

I just cant be in your arms again

Why is my love a trap

Why am I lost in this mysterious map

I am an island I just need to go back to the hollow

Hide myself in the shadow

I dont want to be found

I cant reach out

I just feel so much pain now

We make love

Yet we are strangers

You go and sleep next to her

After

I dont understand

The actions between woman and man

This is not supposed to be the vow for better or worst

My eyes should be on God

He calls me from above

Yet i am consumed with the sun and moon

I am consumed by the light that surrounds you

I gave up my angel wings for this bitter truth

it must be why I am here

Yet I cant cry tears

i am from a higher atmosphere

Everything I see is a a mystery to me

I will never know the true story here

I can only look through the wonder of the kaleiscope

Hold on to hope

Pray that love wont be just a ghost

Through all the ash and cold

Love will be the weapon we choose to be bold

Yet the love stories we were told

are all so different

now its like the first time

we have no clue

we just dont know

yet something keeps us strong in its hold

as we keep turning the kaleidoscope of hope
