The lady with the butterfly earrings stepped up to my office door

Lovelier than anything I have seen before

An angel came to bring a light that shines evermore

Inspiring this limerick I write

Notes of poetry are found in the silver shine

Outlining the black outfit attitude

Sleek straight black pants worn by confidence

With belly midriff top revealing a tummy of beautiful tattoos

Is the vision invading the present tense

Swirling colors of butterflies so beautiful on ivory porcelain

with her strawberry blonde auburn hair

Strikes a feeling within a wisp of enchantment fluttering through the air

A sign of something pleasant forms my happiness

As I have a momentarily release from the mundane stress

Can I change my look?

To become the girl with the butterfly earrings

Filling me with endless sensual stirrings

I am inspired to become you

To shed the cocoon for this new chapter of life

As I feel the call of the wild

Like a butterfly in mid flight

I wish I could look like you

Escape the lonely and the blue

Feel the wind of peaceful clearings

Like I have seen in the approach of the lady with butterfly earrings.
