There is a song in my mind

I just cant remember right

Thats your love wasted

Thats our love rejected

The melody haunts my life

I look out at the sunny sky

I feel the bad memory of song coming on

Its your love making me blind

Making this aching heart ripe

What was your intention?

It was all just pretension

Was any of it real

Was there even a drop of love to feel

What is the point of the body dance

Without love or romance

You are just an empty shell

I got trapped in your cobweb spell

There is a song in my mind

i just cant remember right

I try not to sing it

It just haunts all the time

Thats our love broken on the line

Wasting my life

Keeping the fact of illusion

I was just games to play on

Like this song that goes on

in my mind

i just cant remember right

its your love faking

making me ripe for the aching

I told you want i wanted

i broke it off so many times

just for you to keep coming with so many lies

I can never get right
