Blue Moon

Blue Moon

A Poem by butterfly

My love is not fat free
I am not trying to deny the guilty
Yet he is a blue moon calling out to me
He controls the high tide
As we face the waves of white
As we walk on Ocean Beach
He pulls in to hug me
Whispers can we kiss for a little memory
All this after stalking me at my job
calling me on the phone
I try to leave it alone
Yet he finds me in ways unknown
After an hour of arcade
In a new year all that I got mad at starts to fade
In on out of body experience I chose to not hold on to the pain
He said I never had to say yes
But he probably knows I can't say no
He missed me and I missed him also
Truth or lie
What does it matter
wrong or right
the rules always shatter
No one knows what we do down here
There are endless wonders
For him he is my insatiable hunger
So my new years resolution drowns under
Maybe next year I will try harder
I just wanted to kiss him one more time
He is my blue moon who I love seeing in my sky.
