I do it for myselfA Poem by butterflyI am ready for a new life To you my love I must say goodbye You choose to remain on a path I cant follow I need a love that will last for all tomorrow You dont see because you are broken Maybe then you could truly love me that rite was never meant to open Why did we meet I will never understand the lesson No one is to blame we had to go through this hard way It breaks me truly the feeling of burning in the flame But I never chose to be the side dish I dont want to keep feeling so foolish I just wanted to be near you as long as I could do But the more I hold on the more I feel the blue I played my hand for love I played this sorry hand for you i lost at some point you have to give up you just never know what I went through I gave up my soul walked in to sin to be with you and still there was no love no good Call the game for what is was We were happy for some time even though I realize it was a dream or just a lie It was never real for you since I was your freedom or your play time I will never know. I let it go in the snow I was your restaurant coming when you were hungry and leaving when full never even living a tip its all bullshit Then you come to tell me you are leaving but wanted to bring me to work to help me The words were a lie except when you told me you are not right in the mind He said he never blocked me When you keep leaving back home to the wife who abuses its a block When you are so busy working not seeing the way I need to be loved Only coming by like I am some rest stop I just want to tell you to f**k off I guess its good this turns to resentment Since there is no point in keeping the sentiment We were a foolish love I give up for myself for my health I pray you will be well Dear love farwell I need to make you go away how many times must one keep feeling played You burned me with your flame but the other you saved it hurts like hell still i give you up all these thoughts all this love for my health i do it for myself.
