The Chapter of Us Ends

I love you so but not the s**t show

Nothing changes

On the back burn I remain

Tonight i fly away

never to return

We know why

we dont need a speech

or hear goodbye

I just want to live in peace

with a man who doesnt live with his wife

I was blinded by the night sky

I lost so much all those past times

My papa, my lover, my dog

I thought I needed you all along

But every time I would get a drop of love

It was mixed with guilt and lust

i give it up

no hate

no blame

no shame

this is where our chapter ends

I blocked him again

So I can finally breathe I can finally be me

Men be careful who you love

what you take and what you get

you strip the best parts of a lady

but again there is no one to blame

i enjoyed loving him, my baby

but I dont like being forgotten

being ignored

i need more

with him life will always be this locked forbidden door

I am walking away from who I was before

I run back in to God's arms

He knows we aren't perfect and often get consumed with the dark

I leave behind a trail of our shattered heart

you dont belong to me

I dont belong to you

nothing is true in the end

except the truth is i blocked him finally and again

and just like that the chapter of us ends.
