The Shiver

Interested I am in

the little death that starts

in the chakras and moves out

like a shiver, like a shiver

in the dark from the center

like a wave, moving out

from the dark the sparks

of light behind my shades;

Interested I am in the clench

the pull, the grab,

little death, my lover,

the shiver

the wave

and the dark.
