Will you play a note?

Will you play a note?

A Poem by Jon Roggie

This comes with a honest belief.
   Belief the ability is there.

Not asking for a symphony,
  merely a chorus.

Combination of voices.

Listen to the words,
and try to understand what's behind.

Leave yours,
  try to hear something new.

Now.

If you can manage such a simple task,
care to try the next step?

Gain some insight,
  play a new note?

:: reading your poetry is always an incredibly insightful experience... i always hear a new note by the time i reach the end of a symphony you've written...
