Maybe I will let myself finish

Maybe I will let myself finish

A Poem by Jon Roggie

I can usually roll with the punches.

Now,
  I am stunned.

Holding on to the sorrow,
  while the anger builds.

Not trying,
  but the feeling is there.

One town from childhood,
another view from when I was growing older.

Both gone.

I struggle to grasp it.

I struggle to find the words.
