Part of being the tortoise

Part of being the tortoise

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Nearing fifty years,
  still young.

At least two centuries to go.

Part of why I choose my friends carefully.

Pixie will be there,
  part of the farie world.

Brings me to the flutterby.

Not just a passing thought,
  another dream,
grown to a part of the garden.

By the grace of the Pixie,
 became our home.

Strawberry Tea?
