Each moment

Each moment

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Every time,
  I can only grasp.

Memories vanish,
  and come again,

Imagine the feeling.

Rage.

Sorrow.

Undeserved shame.

Forget for awhile,
  yet it comes back again.

In many ways I found this too be very peaceful. I liked this, it relaxed me.

Painful subject for me. Only way I could express it.

I understand..you did well Dear Tortoise
I don't normally give a background. I know a few people dealing with Alzheimer, my stepdad and late aunt included.
