Do you want to?

Do you want to?

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Simple question.

Do you want to?

You know I don't like to repeat myself.

Still,
  you sit there,
and you refuse to take the first step.

Dreams are dreams until you take the first step.

I know.
  It can be scary,
and there will always be doubts.

Just one step,
try to remember when you were learning to walk.

I know,
  but you learned.

Same thing.

You will try and fall.

Try again,
   fall again.

Try again,
  wait a second,
    now you got it.

Now again.

Again,
  and again.

Each step teaches,
   and then you walk,
     and you learn to run.

So,
  try,
   and keep trying.

Learn to run.

I agree and sometimes it's the hardest thing to do, learning to walk again
