I wander

I wander

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Feet won't stay still.
  Like the rest of me.

To stay in place is hideous.

Traipse through the midnight dreary,
or saunter in the afternoon sun.

Each step is part.

Adds another foundation.

Each step adds to the mixture.

Blindly I walk.

Looking for a vision,
  I wander.
