Curious?

You hint at the questions,
  but seem too shy to find the answers.

So,
  I guess you will make me dance around,
   and provide both of them.

First,
  you can no longer use "why".

I will either provide a question,
  or a look.

Somethings can only be explained by searching.

Second,
  "how" is the next one to go.

This goes right up there with the first one.
  Same reasoning.

Finally,
  "when",
  this I will only answer with a knowing smile.

Irritate you enough to think yet?
