For Mr. Dodgson

For Mr. Dodgson

A Poem by Jon Roggie

You knew.

Sometimes let the words go smarkey.
Jist to let them be a bit snarkey.

A jist or a jest,
  merely something in fun.

Rhyme pattern,
  words created,
   all for a story.

While I remember the Jabberwocky,
  my words are normally errors,

Now,
  if they add ti,
     a myxt.

Another drhaemee,
  midst a night.

No clue buddy, no clue. :-)
But, there's that non-sense word again! I love that word.

Duh... Jabberwocky should have been the give away.

I confess. I looked it up. I always remember Carroll was not his real name.
