Maybe I will sleep

Maybe I will sleep

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Let me rephrase.
  Maybe I will rest.

Sleep will come,
   filled with tossing and turning.

Dreams are there,
sharing hints of past and future.

Mind and soul refuse to rest.

Walking away is a temporary respite.

Return is beyond question.

So,
  maybe,
    I will sleep.

Very interesting, I share your pain here. I'm a bit of a non-sleeper.
My nights are generally a series of power naps. :-)
Good write my friend.

Yup, it stinks. I won't lie. :-)
But I'm still smiling. See. ^
