The stone garden

The stone garden

A Poem by Jon Roggie

This is a work in progress.

I picture it,
 and each new addition makes me smile.

Every formation,
  is another expression.

Another memory.

How can I not enjoy watching it grow?

Stone can hold the warmth. Don't most of us try to add to the fire?
I like this one..and so appropriate with our drought situation ( ;

We have one of the few yellow lawns. Granted, I just get lazy, and don't want to mow it.
