Just making a choice

Just making a choice

A Poem by Jon Roggie

I know,
  being a child.

Why not?

If being a cynical b*****d is required,
why should I want to be an adult?

I can be an innocent.

Yes,
  I will pay the price.

How can I survive in your world?

i relate to this quite well...being an idealistic 60's child in this current day and age...and feeling pretty much like a fish out of water...

i want my old aquarium back.
