Let me be honest.

I had to reach for this one.

I didn't want to pile on to the feeling.

You listen to those around,

and there is so much despair.

There is a sense of giving up.

A question of "Why?".

Is there a simple answer?

Quite simply,

No.

This might be where I lose a few of you.

The first question is "Why?'.

Don't start with the big stuff.

Think about the day to day.

You can't do everything.

Start with the simple acts,

  something most wouldn't even notice.

Some might see,

and carry on the example.
