What kind of a message?A Poem by Jon Roggie
I have to think about it.
I don't seem to be able to settle on one issue. Still, I may detect a theme. The one constant running from write to write. Whether it is a simple ramble, comprised of whimsical creations, or an expression of personal pain. Maybe the occasional plea for understanding, or a momentary shout of anger. I try to bring it back, and give a reason to hope. To see the one little thing, even amidst the scenes of horror, something to cause you to stop. Look for a moment. Shed a tear, or maybe smile. Remind you of the possibilities of the world around us.
