Making vegetables look good

Now, 

 might consider how long this took to prepare,

  but you miss the fun.

Not something you simply throw together.

Notice the score on the eggplant,

  and the squash, 

   not to mention the peppers.

The mushrooms marinated for a bit.

All of it combined in a pleasant presentation.

Now,

 eat your vegetables.
