Chinese stirs

Chinese stirs

A Poem by Julie McCarthy (juliespenhere)
"

Another 3 am er

"
What did they put in
That Asian meal
To wake me with such
Frightful stir
I feel I'll be awake now
Till roosters dawn
Last night my meal
Of stir fry chook
With Asian greens and
Soy indeed
It tasted good
I ate it rightly so
Without a seconds leap to go
I downed it with two glasses
Of fruity mix
Off some forgotten vine
And now I lie awake again
My eye on clocks that chime
So chef I beg you next time please
Just go without the added zest
I like my food au natural la best
