Relationships

A Poem by junglegymcircus
"

I wrote this when I was in my past long term relationship.

"

If I kill you, slowly

Will you, treasure, every dawn?

Will, life, open your heart for desire

As the days meld to one...

If I, kill you, slowly...

Will you feel the pain inside?

Will, death, rip apart the edges

As I drag away the tears--alive.

If, I, kill you slowly

Will the, suffering pain, kill from the inside?

Will life begin again when you cease to be alive

As I come up on you slowly, seeing death's dark eye--

Watching, and waiting...

You, kill me, slowly.
