Friend-a-mies

Friend-a-mies

A Poem by Joshie MacCasim
"

Keep your friends close but your enemies closer

"

when we first met, i was like you was kool
though this friendship would last to the end
thought you would be a trusted girl in my life
told you the story of my life i put it in the open
I hung out with you on the daily
i introduced you to my baby
still thinking you was a cool lady
but then things started getting a lil crazy

he aint met for you he meant for me
he need a girl into wrestling
he want a tom boy you too girly -girl
but yall so cute yall will end  with the world
and even with words so shady
i tryed to see the good in you
continued hanging out cause im a good lady
then stuff got even more freaking crazy

you know he tried to talk to a girl in the store
I wouldnt change for him ill leave him be
all that glitters isn't gold
maybe yall aint meant to be
he like girls who he can wrestle to the ground
girls who thick girls who aint scared to gain a pound
girls who loves skulls and into rock music
but yall so cute i know you'll never lose him

so now im starting to back away from you
and instead of getting the hint
you still come up and speak to me
I trying to stay cool saying you a friend..maybe
thats when things became way too crazy

your too good for him girl you to sweet
he need a girl to speak , not a girl who just smile
you know he said your not pretty enough or worth while
he says he thinking of leaving one day
and he wants a girl who aint afraid to play games
he need a cod chick a hard core baller
he said you gained a lil weight,
but imma do my hair like you,
change my clothes like you and study all your dates
he met me here he met you there
he took me here what he do for me doesn't evenn compare
i know its your man but i know him better
i call him all the time, and all he tlks about is you
can we all hang out i want to spend some time with you too

at the end of the day im not stupid or a dummy
your not a friend to me your a friendmy tringto steal my honey
