The Click Out

The Click-Out

same morning same routine
every morning she sits and screams
as her momma cries out girl this ain't what it seems
you should be used to this by now
strange liquid in a cup
tastes horrible i know but it will help even her out

and the girl runs and hide she can't control her emotions
and her mom sits and cries cause she feel part to blame
she's half insane with the problems of her own life
she feels that she doesn't always treat her daughter right
sometimes life gets hectic and by she being so young
her decisions don't always pan out

but the morning and life for that matter drags on
to the same ole song every morning she clicks out
she lays under the table cause her behavior aint stable
while her mom gets on her knees prepared to drag her out

her mom has personal stake at hand, she quit her job in foreign land to help her baby
she wanted the best for her special little lady
but herself she personally let down as she frowns
because she still has no solution so in her problems she drowns
and these things they live in her mind so she's blind to the good
only pessism can be found.

as the clock now reads 8:50 and momma starts to panic
one more late shift and the state becomes frantic
and when the clock hits 8:55 baby girl forgets that she's manic
and she starts to  sipthe drink that makes her nice and calm
all one her own and they finish dressing
they get along and out the door they go like this
click out never happend
