A Poem by Joshie MacCasim

The smiles on your face are so desired

the look in your eyes give me shivers

The honeysuckled path is such a straight line

and the blue lake with the full moon on the horizon makes me quiver

the reflection glass is so beautiful

and the rose sunset daze is quite a sight

It's so hard for me to walk away

so hard for me to try using all my might

your graciousness is so in tune

the water river flows from sea to sea

the smile your share has the light of 1000 moons

going home you are to be with she

the nestle bird chirps such a preppy song

the more you and I can intertwine

when finished it flies from bark to tree

and no more you catch my golden eye
