Freedom

Just a little haiku poem I wrote :)

I want to wake with
The blissful sun on my face
And hear the birds sing

I want to live with
Loud laughs and talks and nice walks
And have a warm heart

I want to sleep to
The song of the stars and the
Kiss of the moonshine.

I want to travel
Like a shell through the blue sea
Be ever so free.

Hi there,

This speaks of an idyllic existence all people crave. Where the worries of the world are but a dot on the horizon. Another reviewer spoke of a freedom coming from within; itself a nice metaphor for writing, itself an escape from the world outside...good work Jordyn....:-)

Would be nice to be free. I told my children. Travel, dance and have fun when you are young. One day you will wish you did. A positive and hopeful feel to the excellent poem.
