A Questionable WorldA Poem by Kalen LucianoA night from which my soul was hidden.A
Questionable World Should I block out the negativity struck by sword? Or should I accept what is given through word? People are the only judges of what is good Shouldn’t I listen and let them be understood? I could ignore it if they aren’t a friend But maybe those are the truest to no end Or maybe those are the most clueless They don’t live my life and are being a nuisance But can anyone know what is true? Maybe I’m the only judge of me and the only one who
knew If I was an innocent puppy or a stiff shelf But what if I am too hard or too soft on myself? Is fear of becoming a monstrous beast worth hiding
away? Is that bad itself? To let the days go astray? How do we know what is safe to do? Can I stop trying to find an answer for you? Never, for it will be destructive to lose And never learn the truth or at least some clues I don’t know what to say when I’m called
