Finally! A great poem & the first one I’ve read of your ( I think). It’s so refreshing to read a great poem from someone I haven’t read yet & someone who sent me a friend request. Often, I get friend requests from people who haven’t done any work to develop their writing skills (this is my pet peeve which is boiling inside me now, so forgive my blathering). Now, about your poem. This is a creative & imaginative way to address an age-old idea. You do a great job of including details to show instead of tell what you mean.
