My life before, I had some friends.
My life before, I had some foes.
The burden we bore, was too intense.
The love we sow, was so immense.

Then came some friends, I did not know.
Our first encounter, felt like a snow.
How we met, is still a mystery yet.
Day by Day, to a friendship that we couldn't say nay.

The distance we share, is so profound.
The trust and care, is a tie so bound.
We agree at times, that is a start.
But not fall apart, its just like maths.

We met as teens, that is the past.
We seem so keen, with a future so bright.
What we built, took a while.
A friendship so deep, that will make you smile.

Before my friends, I use to think.
I need a friend, a friendship that will clink.
What is yours, is also mine.
Our friendship, will forever not be inclined.
