HURRY AND WAIT

I sit and I wait

What will the answer be

Twirling thumbs and dancing feet

How anxious can one person be

 

I stand and I wait

How long will this be

Switching foot to foot

As we slowly creep

 

I sit and I wonder

When will it change

Stopping and going

Just creaping along

 

I stand and I wait

Why can't others be prepared

Sighing and moaning

Why did I get in this line

 

So many get angry

When they have to wait

OUT OF MY WAY HURRY ALONG

Hurry and wait

Is how it is done

 

Hurry through life

Dont stop to take a break

Why do we do this

For it is a big mistake
