Dawn till DuskA Poem by Katrina Mckeown
Dewy lawns as morning awakens
Swans and cygnets are on the lakes while clear is the swallows song. Drakes and hens are near embankments in their-nests being greeted by their morning guests and occasionally little pests. Bees and birds are nigh Singing a buzz as they’re-passing by Some are mightier than the fly. Woodland is being fanned by The blowing breezes Spring-time burrowers wild Little off-springs will settle them to be mild. Later comes the enchanting evening sky owls and bats come out to play as the blank day has flown away. © 2026 Katrina MckeownReviews
