Finding courage within this life and responsibility for what is given me.

Pull forth song

My soul, do not be despondent.

Be still.  Know life. Let inner vision fly free.

With eyes closed bask in color.  It is yours to claim, yours to dwell in.

Where do you want to go? Lift yourself. Know freedom, know peace.

Condemnation may spring forth but not for you. Tell it to flee.

Chattering chaos is not your dwelling place.

Fragrance lays all about waiting to be enjoyed. The enemies of your joy click along but turn away.

Do not cast aside your robe of royalty. You are included in the beloved, purchased at precious cost.

Possess your inheritance. Accept the gift. Do not  look about in fear at the violent.

The fruit of their works will possess their soul. They have their reward. Evil is not your business.

1Corinthians 1 26- 31

26For consider your calling, brothers, that not many were wise according to the flesh, not many powerful, not many of noble birth. 27But God has chosen the foolish things of the world that He might shame the wise; and God has chosen the weak things of the world that He might shame the strong; 28and the low-born of the world, and the things being despised, God also chose "the things not being  "that He might annul the things being, 29so that all flesh may not boast before God.

30But out of Him, you are in Christ Jesus, who has been made unto us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification and redemption, 31in order that, as it has been written: “The one boasting, let him boast in the Lord.”
