Sun downA Poem by krystleinspired by someone who told me that their thoughts at night are terrifying
And when the light of dawn hits the morning dew on the soldiered blades of grass scattered on my front lawn, All the thoughts of the night before wash away as if non existent
Almost as if night time is a completely different, parallel universe that I didn’t ask to enter. And the sun is my knight and shining armor that shines its light on the demons itself. But before I have time to breathe the sun is setting once again and once again I’m being pulled into a place where light doesn’t exist, not physically or mentally. © 2015 krystleReviews
