Tears In My Sleep

My mind replays every moment that led up to me telling him good bye,

I watch it all in my dreams each and every night,

Helpless to stop it,

All I can do is stare in disbelief,

As the stupid me does all the things I have now come to regret,

I have left myself with nothing but a ripped up heart and tears in my sleep.
